House Interior

The house has two floors, with cool ceramic tiling and ceiling fans and marble stairs that take you up to a private Andalusian tiled rooftop solarium with sun-loungers.

From the outside front terrace with garden furniture, you enter an open-plan ground floor. The living area has a dining room table and chairs, a sideboard and service trolley, 2 sofas, and a coffee table.

The kitchen contains a breakfast bar with stools, fridge/freezer, two 2-burner stove tops, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, a complete set of saucepans & frying pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are 2 bathrooms: ground floor (toilet⁄sink) and first floor (toilet⁄sink⁄bathtub⁄shower). This bathroom is decoratively tiled
with a skylight in the ceiling.

Satellite television, DVD player, and CD/radio unit are available.

The master bedroom has a standing wardrobe, a 3-drawer chest of drawers, and 2 side tables. The second bedroom has a standing wardrobe and two 2-drawer chests of drawers. Both bedrooms are well-lit. Additional sleeping facilities include a pull-out sofa bed in the living room and an infant's cot.
